Information you send us
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, project type and message you enter. This information is used only to read and reply to your message and to keep a record of the conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Messages are delivered to our inbox through an email or messaging service acting as a processor on our behalf. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting project, and deleted on request.
Spam protection
The contact form uses spam checks that do not identify you: a hidden field that only automated bots fill in, a check on how quickly the form was submitted, and a temporary limit on the number of messages from the same network address. If a verification challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile) is shown, Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser solely to tell humans and bots apart.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the service secure and reliable. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to profile visitors.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use cookies that require your consent. If privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics are enabled, they record only aggregated statistics (such as page views and referring sites) and never identify individual visitors. Should this ever change, this policy will be updated and your consent requested where required.

Each MileAxis product has its own privacy policy, published on the product’s website, describing what that product does with data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us.
